This was a perfect spot for a beach holiday with extended family. The house is so close to the beach, brilliant for morning and evening walks with the dog, and not too far to walk to the lifeguarded area for swimming. Close to great fish and chips too! The house was exactly what we needed, with plenty of space for cooking, eating together and watching the Olympics on the sofa when the afternoon sun got too hot to be outdoors. The decking area (with excellent sunshades) and hot tub were a bonus. While in Exmouth we tried the barge yoga organised by Exewake - would highly recommend it.

Outstanding. We have just finished a wonderful stay at Lisa’s and will 100% be coming back! What a wonderful apartment. Exactly as described - and more !! We felt at home, safe and comfortable. The whole apartment was immaculate and all the little things that matter to make it enjoyable were there. Really well equipped. Minutes to walk from the flat to the seaside and to the town centre. Lisa communicated proactively with us from the moment we booked and made everything easy. Thank you Lisa for being a wonderful host and we look forward to staying with you again xx

Visited friends who live in Exmouth over bank holiday weekend and thought Lisa’s place looked like the perfect place to stay! We throughly enjoyed our stay at Lisa’s. There was enough space for two couples and our both our dogs. Great location and within walking distance of the beach. Flat was cosy and very clean, considering its dog friendly you couldn’t tell as it smelt fresh and was very clean. We particularly enjoyed having drinks in the sun trap of a garden and taking the dogs for walkies on the beach. Lisa was very helpful and quick to respond. Lisa’s flat has everything you need I could easily stay longer and can’t wait to visit again :)

What a truly fab place to stay, very homely and beautifully decorated throughout, lots of attention to detail. We had an amazing long weekend and the weather was very kind to us. spent all days out and about exploring Exmouth, Starcross, Lympstone Village and all in between. The house has everything you need, however the free street parking was a tad tricky but a small space became available just as I was giving up and heading to the station car park. We had an excellent time & cannot rate this apartment highly enough. Next time we are heading passed, I would definitely book again. thanks Lisa :
